Andy Panko, one of our founding members writes:
“In April of 1988 I wrote an article for the Winter Edition of NiagaRail (actually called Niagara Rail by that time), the CRHA Niagara Division’s quarterly newsletter. The issue was late coming out, so didn’t hit the mail until April of 1988. Peter Bowen used to do the layout in these later editions, and that was a big help in getting them out closer to on time. Niagara Rail ended with the Fall edition of 1988 after 10 years and 40 editions. Circulation at the time was 75 copies and if I recall correctly Frank Delogu thankfully did addressing and mailing bees at his house for the last 4 years or so.”.
